Subscription & renewal terms

These billing terms apply to the new Standard offer selected by a merchant from T24 Beauty OS, operated by PIXELPLATE INC. They cover the merchant's software subscription, not memberships, stored value or services sold by that merchant to its customers.

Choose monthly or yearly billing

Standard costs USD $99 per month or USD $799 per year for one location, according to the billing schedule you select. Yearly billing is one $799 annual payment, not monthly instalments. Both schedules include the same software features. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price unless you explicitly confirm a change.

Card-required, 60-day free software trial

Eligible new merchants must choose a billing schedule, explicitly agree to automatic renewal, and successfully add a card through Stripe. No software subscription payment or $1 activation fee is collected at trial activation. The trial begins when Stripe confirms the trial subscription. Your subscription center shows the recorded trial end and first payment date. Previous trial use does not create a new trial entitlement. Existing trials retain their recorded expiry unless explicitly extended.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel renewal before the trial ends, you authorize the selected subscription amount to be charged to your saved payment method at trial expiry, and then every month or every year on your selected schedule until cancelled. Applicable taxes and separately authorized paid usage are additional. SMS, marketing email, payment processing, hardware and specialist services are not included in the software subscription fee. Separate fees must be disclosed before chargeable use.

Reminders and cancellation

T24 sends trial-expiry email reminders 7 days and 1 day before expiry. Keep your contact email current and check your subscription page for the authoritative date. You can cancel renewal in Settings → Subscription & usage or the Stripe billing portal linked there. Check that the cancellation is confirmed. Cancelling before the first charge preserves access until trial expiry and prevents that subscription charge. Cancelling a paid subscription stops its next renewal and preserves access until the recorded paid-through date; it does not itself reverse a payment already collected.

Payment problems and support

Stripe may require additional authentication or a new card. A saved card does not guarantee that a future payment will succeed.
