What is billed separately?
$99/month or $799/year per location. SMS, marketing email, AI overages, payment processing, hardware and specialist services are separate from the software subscription.

- Usage charges depend on the channel and volume. Check the displayed costs and your sending budget before confirming a campaign; channel approval may be required.
- AI usage
- Included allowances and overage prices are not yet published. Confirm the available allowance and price before authorizing chargeable use.
- Payment processing
- Processing charges follow the connected payment provider’s terms. Check the provider’s current fees for your business.
- Hardware and specialist services
- Confirm availability, scope and any separate quote with T24 before purchasing hardware or requesting specialist work.

Your 60-day free trial starts after successful card setup. Then pay $99 monthly or $799 upfront for each year, as selected. Your subscription page shows the exact date and amount; usage and applicable taxes are separate.
Before the first payment time, cancel renewal in Settings → Subscription & usage and check the cancellation confirmation. Access continues until trial expiry, then the daily workspace pauses.
Both include the same features with no per-employee fee. Monthly is $99 per location; yearly is one $799 payment, saving $389 vs. 12 monthly payments. Both renew automatically and can be cancelled before the next charge.
