Information used for text messages

T24 Beauty OS, operated by PIXELPLATE INC, processes the mobile number and name you provide, the business and appointment you select, your messaging preferences, and verification and delivery records. Limited browser/device and request information is used to prevent abuse and protect booking access.

Why we use it

We use this information to send a code you request, verify control of your number, match your customer profile within the business, and deliver appointment updates you choose. Authorized business users can verify their own number and choose alerts for bookings within their permissions.

Who receives it

Your selected business receives the information needed to manage your appointment. T24 and service providers that operate, secure and deliver the service, including our SMS delivery provider, process information for those purposes. We do not sell, share, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all mobile messaging consent data. SMS delivery providers process this information only to operate and deliver the messaging service, not for their own marketing or promotions. Your consent for one business is not consent for another.

Service and marketing choices

Requesting a verification code does not give marketing permission. Appointment text preferences and optional promotional consent are recorded separately. A promotional checkbox is optional and is not selected for you. This T24 verification and appointment messaging program does not include promotions.

Message frequency and charges

Verification messages are sent when you request a code. Appointment message frequency varies with your bookings and the notification events you choose. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. See the SMS terms for program details.

Control and help

Reply STOP to stop text messages from the shared sending number. This can also prevent verification codes and updates from other businesses using that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@t24businessos.com. For appointment changes, contact the business shown on your booking. You may also contact us or the business to request correction of your contact information and messaging preferences.
