T24 verification and appointment messages

This program sends one-time phone verification codes requested by users, appointment requests and confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders selected by customers, and authorized business users’ selected booking alerts. Messages may include the business name and a link to booking details. Promotional messages are outside this program.

How you choose messages

Choosing “Text me a code” requests a verification text for that action. Choose the separate appointment text option to receive service updates. Business users verify their notification number and save their event preferences. Verification does not require a T24 customer account and does not enroll you in marketing. Appointment updates and marketing are optional, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing a service; contact the business for assisted booking.

Frequency and charges

Verification texts follow your requests; appointment alerts vary with booking activity and your selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. A text delivery status does not confirm that a business has accepted an appointment; check the booking status or contact the business.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the sending number. You may receive one opt-out confirmation. Since T24 uses a shared sender, stopping messages may also prevent verification codes and appointment messages for other T24 businesses. Reply START to remove the carrier-level block, then review your preferences in T24; this does not create marketing consent. Reply HELP for assistance or email hello@t24businessos.com.

Your number and privacy
