Booking and sign-in privacy

T24 Beauty OS is operated by PIXELPLATE INC. This notice explains the contact and sign-in information used when you book with a business through T24.

Your booking information

We process the name, contact phone, optional email and notes you enter, selected services, appointment time and messaging preferences to create and manage your booking. Your selected business receives the information needed to provide its services. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google, Google shares your account identifier and basic profile information, including your name and email, with T24 through Supabase Authentication. We use this information to authenticate you and suggest contact details that you can review. This sign-in requests only basic identity, profile and email access. It does not request Gmail messages, Drive files, Calendar access or Google Business Profile management.

Google sign-in does not verify your contact phone. Linking a booking customer record to your signed-in account additionally requires a valid phone verification proof for that business. We do not use a matching email alone to give access to an existing customer's records. Signing in does not grant a merchant role or subscribe you to promotional messages.

Browser storage

A temporary draft in your current browser tab preserves selected services, time, contact details, notes and your choices while you visit Google. It can be restored for up to 15 minutes and is removed after a successful booking or when an expired draft is read. Authentication and phone verification use separate session or device storage. Use a private device for your booking and sign out of shared devices.

Service providers and choices

T24, your selected business, and providers that host, authenticate, secure and deliver the service process information for those purposes. Google account information is not sold or used to authorize marketing. You may revoke T24's Google connection through your Google Account permissions. This does not cancel an appointment or automatically delete a business's booking records.

For access, correction, deletion requests or privacy questions, contact hello@t24businessos.com. Information may need to be retained for existing bookings, security, recordkeeping and applicable obligations.
