T24 supports recording an offline membership payment and its benefits. Confirm the money has been received before recording it. An offline payment does not enable automatic card renewal; an online subscription follows its agreed billing terms.

Record the client’s top-up through the stored-value workflow after confirming payment. Purchases and redemptions are tracked separately with balance and usage history. Applying an existing balance at checkout is not a second cash receipt.

Authorize a Google account that owns or manages the business, then select the matching profile for your T24 location. Google verification, account authority and API availability determine access. T24 authorization does not verify a business on Google or guarantee a ranking.

Start by creating the owner account and setting up the location, hours, services and staff. Payment and Google connections may need additional provider verification; setup time depends on your business and existing data.

Google remains the public Business Profile. For an authorized, eligible profile, T24 can sync reviews, help draft and publish replies, manage posts and show available insights. Check the sync timestamp; profile and photo changes may need to be made in Google.

AI provides suggestions and drafts from the data available to it. Review the data range, missing information, wording and recipient list before taking action. Sending, publishing and financial actions use their own explicit confirmation and permission checks.

The architecture uses tenant isolation, role checks, row level security, audit logs and server-side validation for sensitive workflows.

Review the available import tools and accepted file format with T24 before moving existing records. Check a sample and totals before relying on imported data; complete migration of every historical transaction is not implied.
